\u201cWear your best outfit and smile.\u201d<\/b><\/p>

With advice like that, it\u2019s no wonder most raise conversations go like this:<\/p>

It\u2019s embarrassing and humiliating \u2014 especially because we know other people still got big raises.<\/p>
